Planning a ride around Fremantle or a day on Rottnest? Here’s what you need to know before you book.

Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. We recommend booking ahead to secure your bike and any extras, especially on weekends or if you’re catching a ferry.

Full-day e-bike hire is $80. Half-day hire is $50, with collection available from 2pm onwards and return by 7pm. Every hire includes a helmet and lock. Add-ons cost extra. For long-term hire, speak with our team about rental rates.

Find us at 2 Phillimore Street, Fremantle. We’re open every day from 7am to 7pm. Limited free customer parking is available on site. Contact us ahead of time to reserve a space.

Payment is required when booking, or at collection for walk-ins. Bring valid photo ID, as you may be asked to provide a copy. We also recommend water, sun protection, comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes.

Contact our team to arrange collection or return outside 7am–7pm. This must be confirmed in advance, and an extended-hours charge may apply.

Yes! Our e-bikes have removable batteries and can travel on the ferry, subject to your operator’s requirements. Book your own ferry tickets and reserve bike transport for both crossings; these costs are separate from bike hire.

You don’t need previous e-bike experience, but you should be confident balancing, steering and braking on a bicycle. Our minimum e-bike rider age is 16. If you’re unsure about fit or suitability, contact us before booking.

Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before your booking to be eligible for a refund under our cancellation policy. For date or time changes, contact us as early as possible so we can check availability and discuss your options.

Cancellations and refunds are available in extreme weather. If you’re concerned about the forecast or your ferry is cancelled, contact our team promptly so we can discuss your booking. A forecast of rain or a ferry cancellation does not automatically confirm refund eligibility.

Call us as soon as you know you’ll be late, including if your ferry is delayed. We’ll discuss your return arrangements. An extended-hours charge may apply if you need to return outside opening hours.

Contact our team before booking to discuss an early collection or late return. Out-of-hours arrangements must be confirmed in advance, and an extended-hours charge may apply.

Call us as soon as possible if you’ll be late for collection or return. We’ll discuss the arrangements with you, including any applicable extended-hours charge.

Stop somewhere safe and call us on 0492 911 242. Tell us where you are and what’s happened, and our team will walk you through the next steps. This applies whether you’re riding in Fremantle or on Rottnest.

Contact our team as soon as possible. Your responsibilities for damage and theft are outlined in the rider agreement. Please read it before you hire and use the supplied lock whenever you leave the bike unattended.
